Personal data we process
The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form: your name, company and role, work email and the content of your message. This data is sent to us by email at desk@marcopoloexperience.com and used solely to reply to your enquiry, on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Providing this data is optional, but without it we cannot respond to you. We keep it only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and we never sell it to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data at any time (art. 15–22 GDPR), and lodge a complaint with the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
